Texas! I usually pack all of the orders myself, though sometimes my family or friends may help me.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Due to COVID-19, international shipping is available for certain countries. I will update/add countries that I think will be safe to send packages to periodically.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I will try to ship your order as soon as possible or at least within a week. I am a one man band fulfilling these orders so please be patient with me!
For domestic orders, most packages should arrive within 2-8 business days from the shipping date depending on the postal service.
For international orders, they may take at least 2+ weeks depending on customs/processing.
**Keep in mind that there is a pandemic going on so orders may be delayed!!!**

How do you ship your items?
Depending on your order, I will be using mainly bubble mailers or boxes.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If your order has yet to ship, you can still cancel it or exchange items. Please send a message to me through the Contact page or e-mail with your order number to: [email protected]
All sales are final once shipped out. I do not accept refunds or exchanges.
My purchase was damaged in the mail. What should I do?
I'll either replace the damaged item(s) or issue a partial refund depending on the damage. Please send a message through the Contact page or e-mail to [email protected] with pictures of the damaged item(s) and I'll see what I can. Thanks!
It's been a while and my order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Sorry for the wait!
Please contact me with your order number, so that I can see if there's tracking info on it. If not, I may mail out a replacement to you. For domestic orders, please allow for 2 weeks from the original ship date to possibly have a replacement shipped.
For international orders, your order may take a while due to customs.
My order arrived, but an item is missing.
I sincerely apologize if this ever happens because I tend to be scatterbrained sometimes. Please contact me about this via the Contact page or my email at [email protected]. I will send out a replacement to you.
If you need them by a certain date, please include this in your email so I can accommodate for shipping time.
